Suspension partielle (14h00 à 16h00) des cours – Alerte météo rouge (vendredi 26 juin 2026)

Chers parents,

Le Collège échevinal de la Commune de Niederanven, en concertation avec le comité d’école, vous informe qu’en raison des températures exceptionnellement élevées annoncées et de l’alerte rouge en vigueur, tous les élèves de l’école fondamentale « Am Sand » de Niederanven seront dispensés des cours l’après-midi du vendredi 26 juin 2026, de 14h00 à 16h00.

Les cours se dérouleront normalement durant la matinée, de 8h00 à 11h50 / 12h15. Les élèves sont tenus de participer aux cours du matin, l’obligation scolaire demeurant pleinement applicable jusqu’à la fin de la matinée.

L’école restera toutefois ouverte. Un accueil sera assuré par le personnel enseignant pour les élèves qui seront présents à l’école durant l’après-midi (de 14h00 à 16h00).

La Maison Relais fonctionnera selon son horaire habituel (de 12h15 à 14h00 et de 16h00 à 19h00).

Le transport scolaire ainsi que les lignes Pedibus seront assurés normalement, tant à l’aller qu’au retour.

Pour des raisons d’organisation et de sécurité, nous vous prions d’informer le titulaire de classe si votre enfant fréquentera ou non l’accueil proposé à l’école durant l’après-midi.

Nous vous remercions également de bien vouloir désinscrire votre enfant auprès de la Maison Relais s’il ne la fréquentera pas à partir de 12h15.

Das Schöffenkollegium der Gemeinde Niederanven informiert Sie in Abstimmung mit dem Schulkomitee darüber, dass aufgrund der angekündigten außergewöhnlich hohen Temperaturen und der geltenden roten Wetterwarnung alle Schülerinnen und Schüler der Grundschule „Am Sand“ in Niederanven am Freitagnachmittag, dem 26. Juni 2026, von 14:00 bis 16:00 Uhr vom Unterricht befreit sind.

Der Unterricht am Vormittag findet wie gewohnt von 8:00 Uhr bis 11:50 Uhr bzw. 12:15 Uhr statt. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler sind verpflichtet, am Vormittagsunterricht teilzunehmen; die Schulpflicht bleibt bis zum Ende des Vormittags uneingeschränkt bestehen.

Die Schule bleibt jedoch geöffnet. Für die Schülerinnen und Schüler, die am Nachmittag (von 14:00 bis 16:00 Uhr) in der Schule anwesend sein werden, wird eine Betreuung durch das Lehrpersonal gewährleistet.

Die Maison Relais arbeitet zu den üblichen Zeiten (von 12:15 bis 14:00 Uhr sowie von 16:00 bis 19:00 Uhr).

Der Schülertransport sowie die Pedibus-Linien verkehren sowohl für die Hin- als auch für die Rückfahrt wie gewohnt.

Aus organisatorischen und sicherheitsrelevanten Gründen bitten wir Sie, die Klassenlehrkraft zu informieren, ob Ihr Kind die am Nachmittag angebotene Betreuung in der Schule in Anspruch nehmen wird oder nicht.

Bitte melden Sie Ihr Kind außerdem bei der Maison Relais ab, falls es diese ab 12:15 Uhr nicht besuchen wird.

Dear Parents,

The College of Aldermen of the Municipality of Niederanven, in consultation with the School Committee, would like to inform you that due to the exceptionally high temperatures forecast and the red weather alert currently in force, all pupils of the “Am Sand” primary school in Niederanven will be excused from classes on the afternoon of Friday, 26 June 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Classes will take place as usual during the morning, from 8:00 a.m. until 11:50 a.m. / 12:15 p.m. Pupils are required to attend morning classes, and compulsory school attendance remains fully applicable until the end of the morning session.

The school will nevertheless remain open. Supervision will be provided by teaching staff for pupils who remain at school during the afternoon (from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

The Maison Relais will operate according to its normal schedule (from 12:15 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.).

School transport services and Pedibus routes will operate as usual, both for the journey to and from school.

For organisational and safety reasons, we kindly ask you to inform your child’s class teacher whether your child will attend the supervision offered at school during the afternoon.

We also ask you to unregister your child from the Maison Relais if they will not be attending from 12:15 p.m. onwards.
